My Attempt At Feather Earings

Yesterday I made up a couple pairs of earrings from the feathers of some of my birds.
The feathers I used were Guinea Fowl, Rooster (Blue Laced Red Wyandotte) and a few strands of peacock feather from my neighbor.  I think they turned out rather pretty.

  2. Awe, Thanks! They were really quite easy to make. Just a little wire, some hooks, feathers and a dab of glue to make sure the feathers didn't come out. I saved the feathers from my Roo's and Guinea Fowl with the skin attached so I could just snip off the ones I needed. One thing that I noticed is you need to take feathers from opposite sides of the bird so that the feathers curve the right way.
